I absolutely love to eat yummy and healthy food. With my son’s food allergies to wheat, nuts, seafood, and eggs, he eats mostly Paleo and I eat mostly vegan. My daughter can eat anything and everything but she is picky. My husband has cancer so we try to eat as healthy as possible while still enjoying the things he loves #yolo. Mint Chip Smoothie
Smoothies are my go-to for a quick meal. I make them in the mornings before I drop my kids off at school and then go teach or in the evenings if I don’t want to eat too much before I teach but have some energy too! - almond milk ( I substitute rice milk for my son)
- frozen banana
- cocoa nibs
- plant-based vanilla protein powder
- hemp seeds
- DoTerra peppermint oil.
